    An integrated marketing and PR campaign, a vital element in the White Gallery promotional mix, has already been launched to support the 2012 edition. Its aim is two-fold: to created global awareness among the target visitor audience and to maximize on exposure for exhibitors. There are many opportunities - most of them absolutely free, to promote your presence at the White Gallery.

    • In addition, White Gallery will be endorsed by the leading bridal trade publications Bridal Buyer, Bridal Buyer Focus and European Bridal Buyer - published by Ocean Media, the organisers of White Gallery

    • E-newsletters are sent out on a regular basis to our entire database in the run-up to the exhibition, encouraging registration and giving updated show information including new exhibitors and show features.

    DIRECT MARKETING

    • The White Gallery direct marketing campaign will target international top-end buyers and shops, offering participants exciting opportunities to promote their presence at the show.

    • The White Gallery website is promoted on all marketing, advertising and PR literature as the main information source for the show and a method to register for attendance. All exhibitors will be listed on whitegallery.com.
    • As a platform for communication within the bridal industry, bridalbuyer.com website will promote White Gallery exhibitor news.
    • White Gallery will also be advertised in online directories and other relevant industry and fashion websites worldwide.

    PR CAMPAIGN

    • White Gallery has a dedicated press agency working to achieve maximum coverage for the show and its exhibitors.
    • Press releases are distributed worldwide. Submitting information about your collection and activity at the show ensures that details will be included in the show press releases.
    • International media willl be invited to attend White Gallery and will have full access to your press packs in the Press Office.

    SHOW PREVIEW

    • The White Gallery Preview, distributed worldwide, will offer visitors a taste of the collections to be showcased at the event and help them plan their visit.
