    A-Z Useful facilities and where to find them

    ACCESS
    Access to Battersea Evolution is via the main entrance and a ramp is positioned for wheelchairs users.  All elements of White Gallery are on the ground level and therefore accessible to all exhibitors and visitors.

    Please note that as Battersea Evolution is a temporary venue the postcode is not exact and satellite navigation often directs people towards Albert Bridge Road. Due to one way systems within Battersea Park all guests and contractors arriving via vehicles must use the Chelsea Gate entrance to the park, off Queenstown Road. Click here to get directions

    AIRPORTS
    There are five airports in London, below you will find the list in order of proximity from the closest to the farthest:

    BUSES
    The organisers will be running a free shuttle service (see SHUTTLE BUS section).
    -
    Route Number 137 stops directly outside the Chelsea Gate, and runs north to south from Oxford Circus – Streatham Hill via Sloane Square. Other routes also service Queenstown Road or Battersea Park Stations (Routes 344, 44 & 156).
    - Route Number 49 runs north to south from Shepherds Bush - Clapham Junction via Battersea Bridge Road. There are a number of other routes that also service Battersea Bridge Road (345, 19, 319 & 239)

    CATERING
    The Champagne Bar offers an enticing range of of carefully prepared light lunches, healthy snacks and other drinks and refreshments to accompany that well deserved glass of bubbly. In addition, new for this year is the outdoor Vintage Garden Cafe providing visitors with the opportunity to sit, relax and enjoy a range of refreshments and light meals in the glorious spring sunshine.

    CHILDREN
    Children are allowed to visit the show but must be accompanied at all time by a parent or guardian.

    CLOAKROOM
    The cloakroom is situated at the main entrance to White Gallery.  Luggage can be stored here and this facility is free to all exhibitors and visitors.

    CONGESTION ZONE
    Battersea Evolution is located in Battersea Park which is outside the congestion charge zone.

    FIRST AID
    A medical service will be provided during Exhibition opening hours. The first-aid room is located in the organisers’ office on the mezzanine level.  Please notify a steward or one of the organisers if you require any medical assistance.

    HOTEL/ACCOMMODATION

    ORGANISERS OFFICE
    The Organisers’ Office is situated on the mezzanine level.

    PARKING
    For travel to White Gallery London, visitors are strongly advised to use public transport and the free shuttle buses service. A very limited number of Car Parking spaces are available outside of the venue on a first come first served basis. However, these cannot be reserved or guarenteed. Visitors are advised that other Car parks in the general area will be very busy at this time of the year.

    PHOTOGRAPHY
    Photography is NOT permitted anywhere within the gallery.  Only accredited press photographers are allowed to take photos. If you are not, and take any photographs (either by camera or by mobile phone) at the event, you will be asked to delete them prior to leaving the premises.

    PRESS OFFICE
    The press office is located in the second floor. Press accreditation required.See press area section.

    SALES OFFICE
    The Organisers’ Office is situated in the main entrance foyer area.

    SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
    There will be a complimentary shuttle bus service running during the show open days on a regular basis from Sloane Square Tube Station to Battersea Evolution. This will be for all visitors wishing to attend the show so please advise all your clients. The Pick up point is outside the Sloane Square HotelFor more details please email: ops@whitegallery.com

    SMOKING
    Smoking is prohibited in all areas of White Gallery. However, there will be a designated smoking area outside the venue.

    SITE PLANS

    TAXIS
    There are London black taxis at the main entrance of Battersea Evolution.

    TOILETS
    The toilets are situated near the entrance to White Gallery.

    TRAINS
    - Battersea Park railway station  is within an 8 - 10 minute walking distance, straight up Queenstown Road towards Chelsea Bridge. Clapham Junction and London Victoria railway stations are both a short taxi ride away.
    - The closest main train station is London Victoria. Other main train stations connected by metro are Paddington, Waterloo, London Bridge and King’s Cross St Pancras.

    TUBE / METRO / UNDERGROUND
    The nearest tube station is Sloane Square on the Circle and District Lines. This is approximately 15 minutes walk away via Lower Sloane Street, Chelsea Bridge Road, Chelsea Bridge and Queenstown Road.
